‘This is a team of incredibly caring, nurturing and knowledgeable ladies. They work tirelessly to go with the children’s interests and provide a wonderfully rich learning environment. They always go above and beyond to ensure that the children are safe, happy and learning all the time and that is all I want as a parent.’

‘I’ve never experienced having a childcare setting where I genuinely believe the staff care for my children as I do at home. Itchen Abbas have been wonderful from allowing me to settle my son over numerous weeks which made the transition so easy. My son now walks into preschool happy as ever, excited for the day ahead.’

‘My daughter has been attending this preschool for around 6 months. She always looks forward to going and tells us how much she has enjoyed each session. There is a good variety of different activities, she enjoys singing and rugby particularly. I think her development in terms of social interaction, language skills and confidence has significantly improved as a result of her sessions. We really appreciate seeing the feedback on her activities on the online system.’

‘Such a welcoming, warm and happy place where all three of our children have had a wonderful experience. It’s a place for little ones to flourish and grow and be kind and confident. There are fun and varied activities each day which my daughter loves.’

We have been attending Itchen Valley Montessori for over two years and have had two children attend. Both were and are very happy within the setting and always come out smiling, and always with lots of creations!

‘We couldn’t ask for a lovelier preschool to send our son (and two previous children) to. The setting is ideal, with plenty of garden space, the large hall and the kitchen facilities, all of which are used as fully as possible with the children. There are so many lovely learning opportunities for the children, including cooking, rugby tots and lots of singing and dancing activities. My son never stops singing the songs he learns for his plays at the Montessori.’
